As the Administrator, we will process your data for the following purposes: to conclude and execute the contract (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR); for archival (evidence) purposes that are the realization of our legally justified interest of securing information in case of a legal need to demonstrate facts (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR); for the purposes of possibly establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims, which is the realization of our legally justified interest in this respect (basis from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be made available to our partners, i.e., companies we cooperate with, supporting us in performing services, in the customer service process, entities that process your personal data on our behalf based on the concluded contract for the processing of personal data, in particular accounting, legal, IT companies, entities conducting postal or courier activities, entities acquiring receivables in case of non-payment by you of our receivables. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes:

- personal data resulting from the conclusion of the contract will be processed for the period in which claims related to this contract may appear, in accordance with the limitation periods specified in the civil code,

- if a contract is not concluded within 30 days from our offer to you, your personal data related to the negotiations about this transaction will be immediately deleted,

- data necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator will be stored for the time during which the law requires us to store data, e.g., tax regulations.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights of data subjects:

the right to access your data and receive a copy;
the right to rectify (correct) your data;
the right to delete data, limit data processing;
the right to object to data processing;
the right to data portability;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e., the relevant Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of data violates the applicable regulations.

In the event of an objection to the processing of your data, we will cease processing your data unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legally justified grounds for us that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or your data are necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend against claims.
Providing your data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing data will be the inability to conclude a contract with you.
